• Prepairing your concreate slab  Preparing the concrete slab is done by levelling off the area, then adding base of gravel (call bagso) in theAzores. This is for good drainage and it also helps to level the area. Once levelled , then plastic is laid down on the ground and reinforcing steel is used to strengthen the slab. Then  add wood stage a moulded for your levelling  slab of concrete which is then poured
• Protecting your supports    Before standing your wood frames for the main structure of your wooded house  , a base strip of engine oiled  wood is wrapped in plastic and fixed to the floor. This prevents rotting to frames and raised about 3 cm off the floor. Once the floor is tile inside and also evaluated with tile cement this will also help to prevent water from ever running inside the home.
• Strengthing you structure  Cross members are bolted as floor supports in this case at 30 cm spacing’s. This increase the strength to stop all pushing out and adds to the box overall strength of the house. Double bolts of 6-8 mm are used depending on the spam of the room. Also 45 degree supports are added inside the frames to prevent movement if there is no siding support; this is anther earth quake strength prevention...
• Cross bracing and roof  support  Again cross bracing is used in this double story structure, the roof is bolted down with treaded rods, which can be cut to size depending on the roof  support used. Also hurricane stapes can be added depending if the roof is left open inside for decoration or not
